For the past few years, we have not had enough interest to field a boys program at PQ Tigers. This year, rather than charge and refund money we are setting up this interest list to determine how many potential players there may be in the PQ area. Our goal is to prepare youth players to play at Westview or Mount Carmel High Schools. If you are in the Poway Unified School District and are slated to go to one of these two high schools, based on the SDYLA rules, you should register with the PQ Tigers. If we do not have enough interest by January 15, we will release players to go to other nearby clubs. For players slated for Del Norte HS, the Nighthawks program is for you. For those looking to go to Poway, there is Poway Youth Lacrosse. Rancho Bernardo players can look to Ranch Bernanrdo Youth Lacrosse. Typically our players have either gone to Nighthawks or to Poway.
