Girls and Boys Registration is now OPEN for the Spring 2010 Season.
Get the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader if you are unable to open one of these registration PDF files. Download Girls Registration PDF Instructions: Download the correct packet. This is a single PDF document with seven pages in it that you will need to print and complete. The price for registration includes the US Lacrosse membership, so don't send extra money for this. All forms get mailed to the same PQ Tigers address. (Don't forget all parent signatures where required.)
